Caribbean Tourism Investment Management Inc. based in Bridgetown, Barbados is a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of Barbados on 10th December 1990.
The company was formed with the specific objective of establishing a turnkey service to the Hotel and Tourism industry of the Caribbean.

The services being offered include but are not limited to:-

The Managing Director of Caribbean Tourism Investment Management Inc. (CTIM Inc.), Timothy Boyce made the switch from Chartered Accounting studies to the Hotel and Tourism industry in 1970. He has an Accounting background and started his career in the Hotel Industry as a Systems and Internal Auditor with Commonwealth Holiday Inns of Canada.
In 1972 he joined Trust House Forte Hotels as an Assistant Financial Comptroller at Sandy Lane Hotel and during his twelve years with the company he worked and trained in their European Resorts in Sardinia, Amsterdam, Belgium, Malta, Paris and London before returning to Sandy Lane as the Financial Comptroller. Mr. Boyce is very experienced in the Uniform system of Accounting for Hotels and the Negotiation of Hotel Operating Contracts.
In 1982 he accepted the challenge of reviving the Crane Beach Hotel from receivership to a successful Hotel operation and developed the business plan which was very instrumental in its present Mix-Use development before arranging the sale of it to its present owners. He served as its General Manager until 1992 when he left to devote his full time to the Tourism, Property Investment, Real Estate and the Consulting firm of Caribbean Tourism Investment Management Inc.
He has been a Director of:
• The Barbados Tourism Authority,
• The Barbados Hotel Association,
• The Barbados Tourism Advisory Council,
• The Barbados Tourism Investment Corporation
• The National Conservation Commission.
• He was a member of the team that drafted the New Tourism Development Act 2002 - 7.
Mr. Boyce is:
• A member of The Institute of Professional Managers of the UK.
• A member of Alexander Hamilton Institute of Management of the USA
• He holds an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Sales from the Orv Owens and Associates Training Institute of Canada.
• His Hotel and Tourism studies include Management Training at Cornell University and the Educational Institute of The American Hotel & Motel Association.
• He holds a Diploma in Real Estate Sales from the Barbados Community College
• A Masters of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management (MSC) from Revans University in United Kingdom

• He is a Fellow of the International Management Centres Association of England. (FIMCA).

The vast experience that Mr. Boyce has acquired while managing, directing, researching and assisting in planning of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism industry makes him, and a professional team that he shares a strategic alliance with, well placed to offer prospective investors in Tourism related projects, Property Development or Real Estate Services the turn key operation necessary to maximize return on their investment.
