THE APARTMENTS
Each elegant property epitomizes the best of Caribbean architecture and includes a choice of one or two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, lounge and dinning room, together with its own private terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped Paula Rosa design with everything you need and include quality Whirlpool fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
All bedrooms and living rooms have individual air conditioning units plus ceiling fans. Each bathroom has a fully tiled walk in shower and single or double vanity units.
Attention to detail can be found in each townhouse, in the ceramic floors, pickled wood ceilings and clay tile roof, all of which contribute to the cool tropical ambiance. Outside there is ample parking and 24 hour security throughout the grounds.
The one bedroom apartments are approximately 700 sq. ft in size, and the two bedroom apartments are approximately 1,200 sq. ft. in size. The two bedroom units are two stories with large living and dining areas.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
A brief summary of construction and fittings are detailed below:

Walls - 8" Concrete blockwork with OS' sand/cement render inside out, finished with trowel plastic inside and out.

Floors - Ground floor 13" x 13" ceramic tiles laid at 45 degrees with half tile border all around on 0.5"screed on 4"thick reinforced concrete slab on polythene DPC, on 2" sand blinding, on well.

Stairs - 2" X 12" hardwood tread fixed to reinforced concrete stair carriage with 7.5" risers, 11" treads and 5" throat.

Ceilings - Pitched roof: 1 coat of white pickling mixture brushed onto T&G boards and rafters and lightly sanded.

Pitched roof - Claystone flat clay shingles on 90lb rollout torched on T&G, V groove boards, on 2" x 6" greenheart rafters at 24" centres and 40 degree pitch, all treated pine.

Eaves - Ex 1.25" x 8" greenheart facia boards all round, painted 3 coats gloss white with 6"plastic guttering all round, discharging into rainwater storage tanks at ground level.

Windows - White double hung sliding sash windows with external solid or louvered hurricane shutters. Shutters are 3/8" marine ply with hardwood framing in sets of three shutters per window.

Doors - Internal: Standard size 6 panel doors primed and painted in three gloss coats.

Kitchen - Doors, Drawers and all visible woodwork pickled effect Paula Rosa design. Countertops and kitchen sink in 'Decoran' by Fiberpol. All door / drawer knobs to be solid brass. Tile backsplash to walls 18" high around countertops and down to the floor behind cooker and fridge.

Bathrooms - Countertops and basin by Fiberpol, cupboards under basin in white. Tiling in shower to 6" from floor and elsewhere around the bathroom wall up to 4' 6" from floor. Laminated glass shower door.
